Good morning! I realize I’ve fallen off the blogging world. It is very difficult to post regularly while working more than full-time and enjoying all life has to offer. Big picture goal is to be able to have blogging be part of my job but in the meanwhile, less frequent posts will have to suffice. Here’s what’s been going on in the past month: work, work, work, a trip to Miami to surprise a friend for her engagement (!!!), completed an additional nutrition counseling program, pool time, summer trip planning, yummy restaurants and a little R&R. I love summer 🙂
Anyways, on to this post. There’s nothing better as a dietitian than getting to try new food and products. First of all, I’m a huge foodie so trying food is genuinely cool to me. And second of all, it is my job to stay up on the latest food products that are available. I recently had the chance to try two of Nasoya Tofu’s products: their silken tofu and brand-new TofuBaked products.
