I’m back! I just couldn’t get enough of the Decidedly Nutritious community, so I signed on for the sequel to this New Year’s Resolution mini-series. I promise; the sequel will be at least as good as the original. Now we’re still in the month of January, so it’s the perfect time to talk about fitness since apparently we like to choose one of the coldest months of the year to work out the most. We’ve inevitably all seen the myriad deals out there to join a gym this month, and these deals are advertised as the “best of the year!” But if you feel like you’re being backed into a corner by your local gym, then let’s break free and talk about your real fitness options….
