Diets don’t work, which is exactly why I won’t be giving you a “diet”. No pills, quick-fixes or magic tricks here. I will instead work with you to develop a personalized life-style plan consisting of small changes moving you towards your health goals. I work with a whole-food based framework and guide you to creating your decidedly nutritious life.

Initial Consult and Assessment: What to Expect
The first hour-long visit is for me to get to know all about you and your personal healthy journey. I will be asking about your food preferences, health history, medication and supplement use, exercise, your daily schedule, what you’ve tried in the past and what you want to try now. This information is vital to personalizing my health approach to your needs. At the end, we will together establish short-term goals to reach your long-term health objectives. Lasting health changes take time and effort to establish so do not expect a complete health overhaul after only one visit.
Follow-up visits are intended to keep you accountable, on track and motivate continued change. We will figure out what has been working, what hasn’t been working, what you want to work on, introduce new information and track your success.
I do offer package discounts for an initial visit and 5 follow-up visits.
